SUBSTANCE ADDICTION“ TRADITIONAL ILLUSTRATION STUDENT EXHIBITION PRESENTED TO VISITORS

 ”Substance Addiction" Traditional Illustration Student Exhibition, prepared by the students of Bandırma Onyedi Eylül University Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture, Department of Graphic Design, met with art lovers on March 14, 2025 at Aziz Sancar Exhibition Hall, curated by Dr. Lecturer Emel Uzuner. Prof. Dr. Emel Uzuner's curatorship met with art lovers. The opening was held with the participation of the Dean of our Faculty, Prof. Dr. Eylem GÜZEL. In the exhibition, which aims to draw attention to substance addiction, which is a social problem, students addressed the effects of addiction on the individual and society with traditional illustration techniques. The works aim to raise awareness by making people think about the causes, consequences and ways of combating substance addiction. The exhibition assistants Ahmet Anıl Çelik, Murathan Kaya, Ayfer Urak and Buse Nur Taş, who contributed to the preparation of the exhibition, were thanked and all students who supported the organization were wished continued success. Emphasizing the importance of raising individual awareness in the fight against addiction, the exhibition once again demonstrated the power of art in raising awareness of social problems.

 

The exhibition, which attracted great interest from visitors, will continue to host art lovers throughout the specified dates.
