TUBITAK 2209-A SUCCESS OF OUR FACULTY  The TUBITAK 2209-A Project of our students Aziz SAĞIROĞLU and Rabia Sevinç GÖNLÜŞEN was accepted

The project prepared by Aziz SAĞIROĞLU and Rabia Sevinç GÖNLÜŞEN, students of the Department of Graphic Design, Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture of our university, under the supervision of Dr. Lecturer. The project, prepared under the supervision of Dr. Emel UZUNER, was entitled to be supported from the Graphic Design Department of our Faculty within the scope of the 2209-A University Students Research Projects Support Program 2025/1 period carried out by TÜBİTAK Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey.

The project titled "Animation of Cemal Nadir Güler's Works from His Cartoons" aims to contribute to the protection of cultural heritage by bringing the works of Cemal Nadir Güler, one of the pioneers of Turkish cartoon history, to the present day with digital animations. With this work, our student aims to both make a creative contribution to the history of art and to bring together the visual expression techniques and academic production processes of young researchers.
