REGISTER THROUGH E-GOVERNMENT OUR STUDENTS

Our students who will enroll in our University as a result of the 2026 Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) PlacementThey can make their final registrations with their E-Government passwords between 14 - 16 September 2026 (at 23:59). Or they can make their final registration by applying to the Central Student Affairs unit during working hours between 14 - 18 September 2026. If the candidate is not studying or graduated at the time of applying to ÖSYM, he/she will not be able to register electronically. They can register in person by contacting the Central Student Affairs unit during working hours.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

After the student completes the registration process; Submit the transcripts and course contents of the Associate Degree program in which you graduated to the Faculty Dean's Office within two weeks from the date of your registration. is required. Exemption requests made at later dates will not be accepted.

Our newly registered students can log in to the University Information Management System. 20 September 2026 dates. (UBYS) (User Names and Passwords will be sent to the mobile phones registered in the system after completing the registration process. (You can also log in with the E-Government password.)
