Regarding the Final Evaluation Results of the Academic Staff Announcement dated 19.09.2025.

The Final Evaluation Results for the Faculty's Faculty of Graphic Design Department faculty positions, announced in the Official Gazette dated September 19, 2025, and on our University website, are available in the file below. Candidates eligible for appointment must submit the documents listed below to the Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture to which they are eligible for appointment, either in person or by mail, by the close of business on October 31, 2025. Required Documents for Appointment:
1) Appointment Request Petition
2) Certified Diploma/Graduation Certificates (Undergraduate and, if applicable, Graduate) (Additional certified equivalence certificate for diplomas obtained from foreign countries)
3) Undergraduate Transcript (Original) (and Graduate, if applicable)
4) Student Certificate (Original) (if applicable, as required by the announcement)
5) Criminal Record
6) Military Service Status Certificate (indicating exemption, deferral, or discharge) (For male candidates)
7) 10 Biometric Photos (taken within the last 6 months, complying with the dress code regulations)
8) Residence Certificate
9) Health Board Report (State or Faculty of Medicine Hospitals)
10) Asset Declaration Form (To be obtained from the Personnel Department website) (Click here) (Also to be completed and submitted through the Personnel Information System during the initiation of duty)
11) Service Certificate obtained from the Social Security Institution Service Tracking Program (HİTAP) (Those currently working at a public institution and those who have left must bring it. These can be obtained from the Personnel/Human Resources Department of their institution.)

- Photocopies/Color Photocopies are not accepted for documents with certified and/or wet signatures.
- Documents certified as "Versus Original" by any public institution are sufficient.
- Provided that the original documents are seen, a "Versus Original" certification can be obtained at the Unit where the application is made. Notarization is not required (except for documents translated from a foreign language).
- If the documents meet the requirements during the application process, there is no need to resubmit the requested document. -Submitted documents will not be returned.
-In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, the Information Statement and Explicit Consent Statements must be submitted along with the application documents at the time of application.
-No additional notification will be sent to candidates.
