Fulbright Academic Research Scholarship

The Turkish-American Cultural Exchange Commission, also known as the Turkish Fulbright Educational Commission, was established in 1949 through a bilateral agreement between Turkey and the United States to support academic and cultural exchange programs between Turkish and American university graduates, researchers, and scientists. Its budget is funded by contributions from the governments of both countries.

The Academic Research Fellowship, with a deadline of October 13, 2026, is open to academics who received their doctorate less than five years ago and wish to conduct research in their field in the United States.
