Applications for the Jean Monnet Scholarship Program for the 2026-2027 academic year opened on September 4, 2025. Applications will close on November 4, 2025.

The Jean Monnet Scholarship Program aims to contribute to the development of the administrative capacity needed in Turkey's pursuit of full membership in the European Union by increasing the number of experts in areas related to the EU acquis.
